Delete your account in the Cheersday app
Open Settings and choose the account/data deletion option. Follow the confirmation instructions. Registered accounts may require recent sign-in. Automatically generated accounts also support deletion while you retain access to that session. You do not need to enable optional analytics or accept advertising to request deletion.
The supported process removes live content in supported user-scoped database/file-storage locations, associated Cheersday purchase claims/records and the sign-in identity. This includes birthdays, occasions, groups, greeting records and uploaded files in those locations. Failed or interrupted requests may be incomplete. Uploads already in progress can require later cleanup; no fixed delayed-cleanup time is promised. Contact support about an unresolved result. Local device cleanup after confirmed server success may also fail.
Request help without the app
Use the existing form below or contact support@eltostadollc.com. Supply a reply address and indicate whether you used a registered account, an automatically generated account or are unsure. Ownership must be established before action. Without access to an automatically generated session, an email address alone may not identify or verify the account. Do not send passwords, payment details, purchase tokens, contact lists or celebration contents.
We aim to acknowledge requests within three business days and complete them within 30 calendar days of receipt, subject to an applicable earlier deadline. We explain verification or other delays rather than silently restarting the clock. Receiving a request is not proof of ownership or completion.
Retention and the planned deletion-protection change
App-store transactions, information shared through other apps, operational logs and provider-held information have separate handling. Account deletion does not refund or cancel a store purchase or automatically erase every Analytics/operational record. Analytics identifiers are not necessarily anonymous. User/event retention controls do not cover most aggregated standard reports and are not a promise that all Analytics information disappears after two months.
We plan a limited server-only deletion-protection record containing a hashed account identifier, record version and deletion status, without raw identifiers, contact information, purchase tokens or celebration content. It is pseudonymous, will have no automatic expiry and will be reviewed for continued necessity. Partial-data deletion
To remove selected records without deleting your account, email support@eltostadollc.com and clearly request partial-data deletion. We verify ownership and clarify scope before acting. Do not use a whole-account request if you only want selected records removed. Existing in-app scoped clearing is separate from account deletion.
Request-record retention
We keep the minimum working record while a request is open, review unresolved requests every 30 days, and remove operational request records and form/email copies under our control within 90 days after closure, except for a documented restricted preservation obligation with a review or end date. Provider-held recovery copies may have different handling. Our host does not guarantee snapshot availability, retention or reapplication of deletions after restoration.
